In order to prepare an appropriate plan and propose accurate mitigation measures we examine and assess the nature of the development as well as the existing conditions of the surrounding area and take into account applicable legislation and regulations imposed by the Competent Authorities. Special consideration is taken to the waste generated from the site activities, the air quality of the area, the produced noise levels, chemicals and materials used, the type of specialised equipment used, and the proposed method of implementation of the project.
In summary, a CEMP shall include the following:
• Propose mitigation measures to carry out the construction activities and to be in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Study as well as the terms imposed by the Environmental Department and planning permission.
• Propose an efficient methodology of the construction to minimise the environmental impact of the activities as per the Environmental legislation.
• Propose project management and common practices for the proper implementation of the project.
