Training Programs – ΑνΑΔ Approved
Nicolaides & Associates has been involved and has gained multi-year experience in training the employees of small and large-sized companies. Our trainers are all certified by the Human Resource Development Authority (ΑνΑΔ). We assess the needs of our clients and provide them with the appropriate training program for their employees and managers.
The training program of every client is customised and adapted to the profile of their orgranisation by considering the structure, type of activities, strategic objectives and requirements of the management team.
The subjects of the training programs offered by our company are presented in the table below and are all funded by the ΑνΑΔ program.
In order to qualify for the ΑνΑΔ Single-Company Training Program (De minimis) sponsorship you must comply with the following:
The entity applying for the funding must fall within at least one of the following categories:
Private company.
Semi-state organisation.
Municipal/community authority.
Participation in the training program are individuals who contribute to the Cyprus Social Insurance Scheme.
